A 45-minute phone call to address questions about your child’s sleep. This is also an excellent option for families who have previously sleep-trained their child and are seeking help with a specific challenge that can be resolved within this timeframe. Please note, this call does not replace a customized sleep plan and will not include any written materials

- 15-minute consult call for initial questions and intro
- I will send you an Intake Google Form & Sleep/Feeding log to help provide information on your child’s sleep concerns, understand your goal(s), as well as your child’s temperament.
- Once I receive both of these completed forms, I will create your child’s customized sleep plan within 48 hours.
- I will reach out to schedule our 1 hour video/phone call to review the entire sleep plan together and will email you your sleep plan shortly before our call.
- One 15-minute call to use while sleep training to help allow for real-time support.
- 10 day support via email
